What if we took some one like that gets in trouble all the time and just keeps on doing it even when he gets punished and put him under LotE house arrest.
But what happens is when he is under house arrest, he still makes trouble.
And no one can figure out how he can be at two places at once.

I'm not sure about this one. There's so much going on right now with story lines that I'm actually getting kind of confused. Not good for the GM to be confused. lol.

hmmm just looking at it, I think it could work, it could be a good way to start a tag team of 2 people with similar fighting styles. He means that the person is placed under house arrest but someone else is still going around dressed as him causing trouble giving the person who is arrested the ability to "Be in 2 places at once"
